Many different people had a wide array of memorable experiences at Old Portland's most historic nightclub, but they all probably started with a greeting by the same man. If you just said the name "Bruno" in 972anyothernumbers, during that period of Portland, people knew who you meant. Like Ike, Madonna or Groucho, no other descriptors were needed.
To celebrate the release of his second memoir "Flashbax 2 : Satyricon Daze" Bruno visits the program along with some of the clubs most popular artists and musical trailblazers Chris Newman (of Napalm Beach and many more) and Monica Nelson with John Alan Naylor (ex-Obituaries and current Highgates) as well as Satyricon documentarians Mike Lastra (Smegma) and Anton Long . With a Live mix from former Satyricon sound-guy (and boards for most DFP-Live shows) Jay "King-Fader" Bozich and potentially other surprises and "thank-you" gifts available, as this coincides with KBOO's three-day Holiday Membership Drive.
