Interviews with Holly Hutchason of PACSAC, Megan Shea of Soulfull Project, and permaculturist Marisha Auerbach

It's the middle of winter, snow is falling outside. What better to do than start dreaming about those summer CSA shares? I'll be talking with Holly Hutchason, the program director of the Portland Area Community Supported Agriculture Coalition (PACSAC), about the CSA Share Fair coming up on Feb. 25th.

I'll also be talking with Megan Shea, a co-founder of the Soulfull Project, about their Buy One, Give One approach to ending food insecurity. The Soulfull Project has recently partnered with Fred Meyer and the Oregon Food Bank - for every serving of Soulfull Project oatmeal sold at Fred Meyer a serving will be donated to the Oregon Food Bank.

It's hard to think about gardening this time of year but we are in the midst of planning season and Marisha Auerbach is here to help you plan. We'll have our monthly garden segment where we are going to talk about how to get an early start to the upcoming growing season.
