Hosts Cecil and Celeste welcome Blair Bobier, one of the chief petitioners of the campaign for a Ranked Choice Voting Charter amendment for Benton County, for a discussion on the need to reform the way elections are run. Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) is already used by a dozen US cities including San Francisco, Minneapolis and the OSU student government.
