In the first half of the program hosts Celeste Carey and Cecil Prescod speak with Richard Master, the CEO of MCS Industries, the nation’s leading supplier of wall and poster frames. Master is working to get US business leaders to back single-payer, or full Medicare for all, as the national healthcare system. He produced the video "Fix It—Healthcare at the Tipping Point," when he realized that his own company is burdened because its healthcare costs are growing uncontrollably. They are also joined for the hour by Portland activists, David Young, a retired registered nurse and member of the Portland Jobs with Justice Health Care Committee.
