Self Help Radio 012026: 1990
Every year on my birthday week, I play my favorite music from a different year of my life. The first birthday after Self Help Radio began - in 2003 - I played music from the year I was born, 1968. I am now up to 1990.
In 1990 I was 22 years old & I listened to a lot of music. This is just a sample of my favorite music of the year. I could fill many more shows with music I love from 1990 - & I may do that.
One note: the last hour is an episode of Corporate Standardized Programming which features lots of new releases.
