Featuring lots of songs about spirals (as you can see below) plus I talk to an artist who has been filling spiral notebooks since he was a kid. & a scientist who's written a book of poetry called The Beauty Of Spirals. & the creator writer & star of the internet soap opera the Spiral Goddess. & the fellow behind the local business Spiraling Up. & also lots of music!
The last hour of this recording is an episode of Corporate Standardized Programming which features music by artists we've recently lost, including a dear friend of mine whom I luckily interviewed back in 2021 on a Self Help Radio about Paris.
