Jo has more than 12 years of experience as a "Community Emergency Response Team" training graduate and has participated- in and helped to plan disaster exercises involving people & animals. In addition, she has furthered her expertise by taking more than 150 courses, including "Incident Command System Training," as well as attending animal law and pet rescue seminars.
