UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs meets in Vienna to follow up on the UN General Assembly Special Session on Drugs (UNGASS)
The UN's Commission on Narcotic Drugs held an intersessional meeting September 26-28, 2017, to discuss the UNGASS outcome document. This week we listen to part of their discussion on human rights and drug policies and hear presentations from Zaved Mahmood, Rule of Law and Democracy Section, Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, and by Christine Brautigam, Director, Intergovernmental Division, UN Women.
