Remembering James Connolly's revolutionary socialist politics

 

Joe Clement recalls the 1916 Easter Uprising in Ireland, noting the class as well as national struggles that led up to it. To that end, he reads an excerpt from an article* on the revolutionary socialist aspirations of James Connolly, one of the Uprising's still revered leaders.
