Bill Resnick talks with Michael Armstrong, who leads the Sustainability section of the Portland's Bureau of Planning and Sustainability. The Bureau just released a draft of the 2015 Portland/Multnomah County Climate Action Plan. Armstrong talks about what he would do if he had unlimited money and power to save the planet.
