Tuesday May 29th, Albert Woodfox of the Angola 3 begins a three day hearing to overturn his conviction for murder of a prison guard in 1972. This conviction has been overturned twice before. The hearing before the US District Court in Baton Rouge, Louisiana will hear arguments regarding discrimination in the selection of the grand jury foreman in Albert Woodfoxe's 1998 retrial.
