Host Dmae Roberts features films from the The 33rd Portland International Film Festival with Bill Foster, Executive Director of the Northwest Film Center. They'll talk about a sampling of the films from more than 36 countries. Hear some clips and get some tips on which films to see.  The festival runs February 11th-28th.
