On the Columbia, sea lions have moved in because of Salmon struggling to make it up the dams. In order to protect the Salmon population from Sea Lions looking for an easy meal, the state has begun executing Sea Lions who frequent the location.
Some feel that the Sea Lions are being unfairly killed. Peter Shoaf talked to one such individual:
