Community Campaign To Reform Police Contract

Bill Resnick talks with James Ofsink of Portland Forward about their campaign and coalition to change the Portland Police Bureau contract. They consider the status of the contract battle, many non-contractual issues of police policy and conduct, but also proposals for reducing the numbers and importance of police, and using the resources in helping programs of various other kinds much more likely to improve city life for all.
