Menopause, aka the change of life: inevitable, often dreaded, and commonly misunderstood. On this episode, Miriam the Midwife talks about how people experience menopause in American culture, and sits down with Dr. Karen Adams, director of Oregon Health & Science University's Menopause and Sexual Medicine program, to discuss what people can expect in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
