NEW FILM ABOUT MILITARIZATION OF THE "BORDER LANDS'
Jan Haaken talks with Eva Lewis, the director of a new film “Undeterred” about community resistance to border policing in the border zone; the film sheds a light on the history behind the current crisis on the borders.
This film premiers in Portland on Thursday, June 11 at at Ainsworth United Church of Christ, 2941 NE Ainsworth St, Portland, 7-9 pm. KBOO is a cosponsor of this event, and there will be a Q & A with Juan Rogel and the director Eva Lewis. Donations are welcome, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
