JO ANN HARDESTY'S PROPOSAL FOR FUNDING PARKS
Laurie speaks with Alex Zielinski, News Editor of the Portland Mercury, about Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty’s amendment to Mayor Ted Wheeler’s proposed budget that would fund parks and recreation by ending the controversial Gang Enforcement Team.
