Dr. Jeffrey Kaye returns for a new discussion on the existence of two torture programs during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.  The new program (to us at least) is quite different from the program which used so called "experimental interrogation techniques" like water boarding and relied on more simple, but still quite horrifying, techniques like using stress positions or confusing a prisoner's sense of time of day.  The new program will be referred to as Program B, while the experimental one already widely known, will be referred to as Program A.
