With the recent retirement of high level members of the Catholic Church, and a spate of convictions and lawsuits of the priests in Oregon, the issue of sexual impropriety has returned to the spotlight.  Don Merrill talked with Tim Lemmon, president of the St. Louis-based Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests about why the problem persists and what caregivers can do to protect potential victims.
