Reggie Ray speaks about his book Touching Enlightenment: Finding Realization in the Body. Reggie brings us close to forty years of study and intensive meditation practice within the Tibetan tradition as well as a special gift for applying it to the unique problems, inspirations, and spiritual imperatives of modern people. Reggie has been on the faculty of Naropa Institute since its inception and his the author of several books on Buddhism, including In the Presence of Masters.
