James Dixon features queer music artists                  Joseph Lanker of Orkis and Chanticleer Trü of Chanti Darling!

Orkis recently performed at Holocene earlier this year making this their Portland priemere and introducing themselves as "a multi-sensory dance music exploration of dichotomy, duality, movement." Chanti Darling brings "sexy jams for days on in" and they were voted Best New Band 2016 by Willamette Week.

Two very talented guests representing two dynamic queer bands whom have hit the Portland queer music scene and beyond and quickly gaining popularity. Tune in and join the discussion about their music, their process, and their perspective on life in the queer community as an artist, an ambassador, and as a member. This segment comes just on the leading of Pride NW 2017 so let's start building up the steam for what's new and innovative in the industry, we'll get to sample some sounds from their albums, followed by a short conversation on queer living and how we impact our communities and one another through the creative processes.

This should be fun so strap yourselves in and join the discussion!
