Portland artists create comics for social change
Award-winning Portland comics artists Farel Dalrymple and Ryan Alexander-Tanner return to the KBOO studios with fresh stories and new projects to share. Between stints at DC and Marvel, Farel is publishing the second volume of his celebrated series Pop Gun War for Dark Horse Comics. And following his 2008 collaboration with Bill Ayers — To Teach: The Journey in Comics — Ryan is still working with Ayers as well as other writers on creating comics for social change.
