After weeks of disruptive city council meetings, an uneasy calm settled in for yesterday’s morning session.
Many of the citizen activists are frustrated by, among other things, a lack of transparency at city hall and this informs their evolving tactics.
Instead of disrupting council meetings with shouts of disrespect, this organically organized group is looking under the hood at every council resolution and working for greater transparency at city hall.
KBOO’s Joe Meyer was at council chambers and filed this report.
