A public forum was held last night in Portland on the issue of bringing liquefied natural gas operations into the state.  Representatives from local environmental groups joined Oregon Secretary of State Bill Bradbury and Secretary of state candidate John Kroger.  All are strongly opposed to proposed Liquefied Natural Gas, or L-N-G, terminals for three sites on the Oregon coast.Secretary of State Bradbury spoke to a KBOO reporter after the event:That was Oregon Secretary of State Bill Bradbury.  One of the companies that has proposed a terminal is Northwest Natural. A rally will be held outside their shareholder meeting next Thursday in Portland, in opposition to the proposed LNG terminals.
