On the first anniversary of the James “Jim-Jim” Chasse killing, we interview Jason Renault of the Mental Health Association of Portland, Alejandro Queral of the NW Constitutional Rights Center, and Kwik Jones, local playwright. We also will play excerpts from a film by Copwatch, called “These Streets are Watching” – a 53 minute documentary which is available on google video.
