The Bureau of Land Management in Oregon has been swamped with more than 20,000 public comments about its “Western Oregon Plan Revision”, or 'Whopper - W-O-P-R. The plan would allow logging on all of the Bureau of Land Management's land holdings in Oregon. Although the public comment period ended on Friday, the plan is far from being finalized.
