Under the influence... as they say.
On tonight's show, we salute the holiday season, which officially started the day after Thanksgiving and stretches over the entire month of December into Christmas and New Years. And. for some of us, all the way to Carl Crowley’s birthday on January 6th. To celebrate, we’ll play a few traditional Christmas pieces -- excerpts from holiday movies, songs, and bits from some of our greatest, and not so great, comedians.
But before we do, we have a special treat for our first hour, which we’ve designed to help induce feelings of peace, relaxation, and joy in you before the big holiday rush. As our regular listeners know, that’s something I’m totally unqualified to do on my own. So I asked Louise Botterill, my yoga instructor, to help me out. And she graciously accepted, which I’m sure she’ll live to regret.
