Collene Swenson, Petitioner for the Portland Community Equality Act

Host Jo Ann Hardesty speaks with Collene Swenson, one of the chief petitioners for the Portland Community Equality Act to be on the ballot in November 2016. The Act would amend the City Charter to eliiminate Portland's commission form of government. The new form would concentrate executive powers while ensuring district representation.
