The State of Education for Black Youth in Portland and the Jim Pepper Fest 2015

Host Jo Ann Hardesty presents a 2-part program today. At 8AM her guest is Shelia Warren with Portland Parents Union and Noni Causey with the Black Student Success Summit. They'll discuss the State of Education for Black Youth.
At 8:30 Jo Ann will interview Avotcja Jiltinilro, one of the featured musicians in the Jim Pepper Fest 2015 this Saturday, September 26, 11am – 7pm, at Parkrose High School, 12003 Northeast Shaver Street, Portland.
