This week on Century of Lies: #CND68 Part Two.

The United Nations Commission on Narcotic Drugs held its Sixty-Eighth Session in Vienna, Austria March 10 through 14. Over the next couple of weeks we’ll hear highlights from some of the side events that took place during the Session.

On this edition of Century we hear portions of a side event from the first day of the Session, March 10, entitled “A Rights-Based Approach to Health and HIV: Protecting Rights and Ensuring Continuity of Care for People in Prison and After Release," including opening remarks by His Excellency Carl Hallergard, EU Embassador to the International Organizations in Vienna, and presentations by Mirriam Mabe with the South African Department of Correctional Services; Cesar Bonamigo, Minister-Counsellor at the Brazilian Embassy and Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Vienna; and Jerome Mangelinckx, Global Policy Manager at Penal Reform International.
