THE PORTLAND WATER BUREAU PLANS TO DUMP OVER SEVEN MILLION GALLONS OF WATER

The Portland water bureau plans to dump over seven million gallons of water after a man was caught on tape urinating in an open reservoir on Mount Tabor.

Critics question the city's reasons for dumping thirty five thousand dollars worth of finished drinking water, some calling it "idiotic".

KBOO's Emily Young spoke with citizen reporter and water activist, Joe Meyer.
