We are at the precipice of a climate emergency. If we do not seriously begin to cut our carbon emissions now we will be entering an uncharted territory of climate chaos. But instead of accelerating the adoption of verified and trusted climate solutions, governments and industry are increasingly focusing on unproven technological fixes.
On this episode of Locus Focus we talk with Basav Sen, Climate Policy Director with the Institute for Policy Studies in Washington, DC, about what he calls dangerous pipedreams, that are being promoted as climate solutions – carbon capture and storage and hydrogen.
