John Arden, PhD, author of Rewire Your Brain 2.0: Five Healthy Factors to a Better Life, is a psychologist with over 40 years of experience providing psychological services. As the former Director of Training for Kaiser Permanente in Northern California, he developed one of the largest mental health training programs in the United States.
