President Biden visited East Portland on Saturday, October 15th, where he was met by over 40 Filipino activists and allies, protesting his continued partnership with the regime of Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the Phillippines.
Filipinos have called Marcos Jr.'s first 100 days in office a failure, documenting at least 81 human rights violations, including the killings of two journalists.
