Clackamas County Commissioner Mark Shull is facing calls to resign based on islamophobic, transphobic, racist and bigoted statements he made on Facebook in the past year. The Council on American Islamic Relations Oregon Branch (CAIR) is among those pressing Shull to resign due to his comments.
Sahar Muranovic, a board member for CAIR Oregon, spoke with KBOO's Jenka Soderberg about Shull's statements, their impact, and why he must resign.
