Hello,
I have a copy of the Greil Marcus book Lipstick Traces: A Secret History of the 20th Century, for anyone interested.
It draws parallels between the Dada movement, The Lettrists, Situationists to The Sex Pistols and late seventies punk.
I also have a copy of the MIT Press book on the Bauhaus School.
There are definitely some aspects of Dada and Surrealism to it,
especially in the section on performing arts and stage design.
Another resource I can make available is the long out-of-print VHS tape on Entartete Kunst, entitled Degenerate Art.
I can make DVDs for interested parties.
