KBOO is celebrating 50 years of radio this year! Throughout 2018, we’ll be featuring many of the gems from KBOO’s archives on our second stream – available exclusively through KBOO’s website.

Our first special stream will launch on January 20th, 2018, coinciding with the opening of our exhibit – 50 years of KBOO – at the Oregon Historical Society.

Listen to the stream and you can hear such speakers as Margaret Mead, bell hooks, Dick Gregory, John Trudell, early computer hacker Captain Crunch, and audio coverage of the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago – as well as much more.
