Hello,
I am a KBOO volunteer, longtime listener, substitute DJ and lover of the surreal and Dada.
I am interested in participating in the upcoming Dada festival.
My main talents are in mixing, cutting up and electronic sound manipulation.
On March 14th, I helped Daniel F. and Jim Larrence with their Beat
Triumvirate show and digitally cut up Burroughs audio, making live cut
ups as well as participating in readings.
On March 21st I did a seven hour special on Bill Laswell and friends.
The following week, I did a freeform mix, substituting for Daniel F.
I curate a blog on radio happenings, strange music and sounds here.
I have some of my older audio projects here.
Some of my more recent mix projects can be listened to here.
I would very much like to be involved in the festivities.
I am at the station every Friday evening and often there until the wee hours of Saturday morning.
