83--NEWS--Event Proposal DEADLINE Friday, July 18!!

Hi Folks,
Just a reminder that the first deadline is one week away.
If you are planning on producing/engineering a festival event which is going to run 20 minutes or longer, you need to let us know by this coming Friday, July 18.
We are planning on putting out a printed flyer with a schedule of at least the larger events, so we need to have your material in order to get the schedule organized.
You will find the event proposal form on email #35.
If you don't have a copy of that email, go to my blogsite on www.kboo.fm or email this address and I will send you another.
You do not have to have the event finished by this Friday or even know the exact time-length, but we do need a close approximation of the running time and some description of what you are going to do.
Please call me asap if there are any problems.
