Volunteering with the Spring Membership Drive is fun and very important to KBOO's financial health.
Volunteering for the drive can be a great way to check out the station and get to know some other volunteers straight away. If you are already a volunteer, this is a wonderful way to support the station, and have some great conversations, too. It can be a lot of fun to sign up for a shift during your favourite show on KBOO.
The drive is vitally important to KBOO's independence and financial health, as 80% of our annual operating budget comes from our listeners. It's also a great way to introduce yourself to the community, meet other volunteers, and check out life at your community radio station. The drive is a dynamic time, and you'll get a good feel for KBOO at its busiest.
