Today's guest is Dwayne Ratleff, who has written an iPhone Application devoted to tracking Food Additives, what they are, and what they do to your health.  It is intended to be a shopping reference, so you can evaluate the safety of the foods you propose to serve your family *before* you put the product into your shopping cart.
