Hawaii judge overturns local measure regulating GMOs and pesticides

A federal judge in Hawaii this week overturned a Kauai County ordinance that regulates the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and pesticides in the county. We'll speak with Maui-based environmental activist Sam Small about the implications of the ruling.
