Stan Karp has written some of the finest education policy articles that have appeared in Rethinking Schools magazine, and he is regarded as a national expert on No Child Left Behind and Obama's Race to the Top initiative.  Here he talks with the Old Mole's Bill Resnick about the limitations and problems of charter schools.
