Lisa Loving hosts a live forum featuring candidates for Portland Commissioner Seat #3, currently held by Commissioner Dan Saltzman, who has confirmed he will be participating.

All the other candidates confirmed still in the race will be participating, including Spencer Burton, Jesse Cornett, Ed Garren, Martha Perez and Mary Volm.
