Multnomah County is slated to open the nation’s first courtroom in a homeless facility on May 5th, according to the Portland Tribune.
Placing a County Court in the Bud Clark Commons in Old Town is touted as providing needed services for the clients of the day center and the one hundred and thirty permanent apartments for the chronically homeless.
