The Society for Haitian Arts and Culture is seeking hygiene supplies, first aid kits, food, money, and other donations to fill a relief container for Haiti. Drop by the Central Bible Church Parking lot located at 8815 NE Glisan Street this saturday from 8am to 2pm to donate. Call 503 764-7244 with questions.

The annual Mango Madness African Dance Party is this Saturday and will feature live Malian music, traditional cuisine, and hand-made arts and crafts. That this saturday at 8pm at the Springbox Gallery at 2234 NW 24th Ave. Tickets are $25 in advance, and $15 for students. Proceeds will benefit the Ko-Falen Cultural Center in Bamako, Mali.
