This evening, the Portland Central America Solidarity Committee and Bolivarian Media invite you to a Movie Screening and Fundraiser that you won’t want to miss.Films to be shown include El Viejo y Jesus -- the celebrated documentary chronicling the lives of two men living on the streets of Caracas -- and a short film about Venezuelan street musicians, produced last year by a delegation from Portland. All funds raised will go towards radio and video equipment for more radical intercontinental media collaborations. Doors open tonight at 6, with films commencing at 7, at 4810 NE Garfield in Portland.
