Seattle IWW Reflects on UW Shooting One Month Later

The Industrial Workers of the World, also known as Wobblies, and IWW, are notorious for doing what bosses view as causing trouble in workplaces. They call it worker organizing and are mounting grassroots campaigns across an array of industries, and their reach is global.

The Seattle IWW recently made widespread press attention after one of its members was shot on Inauguration Day while protesting an appearance of alt-right provocateur Milo Yianoppolous at the University of Washington in Seattle.

KBOO’s Canaan Schlesinger checked in with them last weekend and has this report.
