Discussion regarding labor growth and expansion in the new decade with Oregon AFL-CIO President Graham Trainor.

Join hosts Tina Turner-Morfitt, Dr. Audrey Terrell,   and Ms. Deborah Hall for the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists segment of Labor Radio with our guest, the newly elected president of the Oregon AFL-CIO, Graham Trainor. Brother Trainor has a long record of union activism rooted in his family history.  He witnessed the benefits of union representation via his mother’s involvement in the Indiana State Teacher’s Association and his grandfather’s 40 year tenure as a United Auto Worker.  Brother Trainor focused his activist passion in the role of  community organizer which gave him a bird’s eye view of the fight and struggle for social and economic justice. Join us in our conversation with Brother Trainor as we discuss the growth and expansion of the Oregon labor movement  in this new decade.
