Oregon's contribution to the preservation of Black History.

A salute to Black History month via the works and passion of the Oregon Black Pioneers.Their mission is to ’research, recognize and commemorate the culture and heritage’ of Black Oregonians. Tracking and preserving Oregon Black history are accomplished via education programs, tours of historical sites and promoting research educating the public on the contributions of Black Oregonians in ‘building the social and economic base’, here in Oregon.  Our guest are Willie Richardson, the President and Kim Moreland the Vice President of the Oregon Black Pioneers. Help us set off our 2019 theme of "The Urgency of Now".  Join host Dr. Audrey Terrell, Ms. Deborah Hall and Ms. "D." Carter-Jafri  in a salute to Black History Month with The Oregon Black Pioneers.
